What is included in my styling package?

A styling consultation, a 4 week hire term of furniture and decor, in house team to deliver, install and collect items, insurances and ongoing contact support as needed throughout your hire term.

Can I change my mind throughout the hire term?

Accepted Answer

After you have viewed your styled property, should you not be happy with our selection and styling we are happy to work with you until you are. Once you have signed off that you are happy with the install the furniture and decor will remain for the hire term. Should something be broken during the hire term or there are concerns with any of the hire pieces we are happy to replace the item to ensure your property continues to present well.

Payment instalments and deposits?

Accepted Answer

We do charge a refundable deposit which is required on booking. This amount ensures our furniture and items are housed and cared for well during the hire term. This amount is determined by the scale of your property and package. This deposit is returned on the day of collection or can be taken from your remaining invoice upon collection. Any difference will be calculated and returned or invoiced.

Fees - A 50% is required on booking with the remaining 50% invoiced on collection.

Question 4

What about insurance?

Yes, all workers and items are covered. We also have insurance should any accidents happen where there is damage to your property during installation or collection.
